This page explains limitations and restrictions that may apply when using Orca’s web user interface (UI). These restrictions may affect whether you can connect a wallet, view certain tokens, pools, or routes, submit transactions, or use certain features through the interface. This page does not describe every restriction that may apply to every asset, feature, jurisdiction, wallet, route, or transaction.Access restrictions
Orca may restrict access to the user interface based on wallet screening, jurisdictional restrictions, platform policy, legal requirements, or compliance requirements. These restrictions may limit your ability to connect a wallet, view certain tokens, pools, or routes, submit transactions, or use specific features through the interface. Orca may update access restrictions over time as legal requirements, compliance requirements, platform policy, infrastructure, or risk controls change.Wallet screening
Orca uses third-party screening tools to help identify wallets associated with sanctions, illicit activity, or other restricted activity. If a wallet is flagged by these screening tools, it may be blocked at the connection step and may not be able to connect to the Orca interface. A blocked wallet may be unable to interact with the user interface beyond the attempted connection point.Jurisdictional restrictions
The Orca interface is not available in certain jurisdictions. Users in restricted jurisdictions may be unable to access or use the hosted web interface. Orca may update the list of restricted jurisdictions over time based on legal, compliance, platform, or operational requirements. The Orca interface may filter or hide tokens or pools that Orca identifies as known scams, suspected scams, wash-traded pools, manipulated pools, unsupported assets, or assets that violate platform policy. Orca uses internal review processes and heuristics to help identify tokens and pools that should not be visible or supported in the interface. Orca does not publish the details of these heuristics because doing so could make the filtering less effective. Tokens or pools that are filtered may be treated as unsupported and may no longer be visible or usable through the hosted web interface. If a token, pool, or asset is restricted in the Orca interface, routes involving that token, pool, or asset may also be unavailable through the interface, even if the route is generated by a third-party routing provider. Filtering is not guaranteed to identify every risky token or pool. Restrictions and filters may not update immediately and may depend on available information, third-party screening results, internal review, and operational processes. A token or pool appearing in the interface does not mean Orca has endorsed it, verified it, or determined that it is safe.Content and policy-based restrictions
Orca may filter or restrict tokens, pools, names, symbols, metadata, or other content that violates platform policy or applicable requirements.Feature-specific restrictions
Some assets or features may have additional eligibility, transfer, or trading restrictions. For example, certain assets may only be available to users who satisfy applicable eligibility, onboarding, KYC, accreditation, or other requirements. Some assets may also be subject to restrictions on where or how they can be transferred, received, or traded. For example, an asset may only be transferable to eligible wallets or may only be tradable through specific Orca-supported pools or Orca-supported AMM functionality. Users who do not meet applicable requirements may be unable to view, transfer, receive, or trade those assets through the hosted web interface. These restrictions apply to Orca’s user interface. The interface may not display every token, pool, route, or transaction that exists on Solana. Some assets, pools, or routes may be hidden, unsupported, restricted, or unavailable through the interface. The fact that a token, pool, or route is visible in the interface does not mean Orca endorses it, guarantees its safety, or recommends that you interact with it. The fact that a token, pool, or route is not visible in the interface does not necessarily mean it does not exist.Important limitations
Orca’s filtering and restrictions are designed to reduce certain risks and support legal, compliance, platform, and operational requirements, but they are not guarantees. Orca does not guarantee that every scam, manipulated pool, unsupported token, restricted wallet, restricted route, or unsafe asset will be identified or blocked. Orca may update, add, remove, or change interface restrictions, filters, unsupported token lists, and access controls over time without advance notice.
