How to bridge ETH to Eclipse from Ethereum Mainnet

Using the Eclipse Canonical Bridge

For the purpose of this guide Backpack wallet has been used, alternative wallets are available.

  1. Click Connect Wallets

  2. Connect your Ethereum wallet

  3. Nice! Now let’s click on Connect Eclipse wallet, then select your wallet from the list

Note: In our example, using Backpack, both connected wallets will be Backpack, however we will have two addresses, one Ethereum Mainnet address and once Eclipse address, the Eclipse address will be the same as your Solana address.

  4. Enter the amount of ETH you wish to bridge to Eclipse, the minimum is 0.002 ETH

  5. Click Deposit

  6. Check the transaction details, including payable network fees

  7. If happy authorize the transaction in your wallet

  8. Wait for the process to complete

  9. Congratulations you now hold ETH for gas on Eclipse

If you prefer there is a video produced by Eclipse, here, which talks you through the process. If you need any support or have any feedback or suggestions, feel free to open a support ticket from the Orca UI by either clicking Support in the wallet menu, or on Orca's Discord, or Orca's Telegram.
