Locations blocked from using the Orca UI

What countries and territories are blocked from accessing the Orca UI?

The following countries and territories are blocked from accessing the Orca UI. Orca reserves the right to modify this list at its sole discretion:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burma/Myanmar, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, Crimea, Donetsk, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Luhansk, Mali, Nicaragua, South Sudan, Somalia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Why is my country or territory blocked?

Your country or territory is blocked because it is either:

  1. Subject to economic or trade sanctions enforced by governmental bodies such as the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or

  2. Designated as a high-risk or monitored jurisdiction by organizations like the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

What happens if my country or territory was previously unblocked, but is now blocked? Can I still withdraw or close my positions?

Yes, if your country or territory is now blocked, you may only close your positions and withdraw your funds.

Why is Orca screening wallet addresses?

Orca screens wallet addresses to prevent individuals linked to illicit activities (such as sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, ransomware, human trafficking, or the use of hacked or stolen funds) from accessing the UI.

Why was my wallet blocked?

Your wallet may have been blocked because it was flagged as potentially linked to illicit activity that violates Orca’s Terms of Use Policy.

My wallet was blocked, but this is a mistake. How can I get unblocked?

Is my data being collected?

Orca may collect certain data to comply with applicable laws and regulations. For more details on the information collected and how it is used, please refer to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
